1943 Austin Light Utility
This is one of the Tillys that used to live in Malta and was brought back from there in 1988 and then restored. Remnants of desert sand colour have been found so it may well have been in the Western Desert at some time. It is a full 4 seater which the other Tillys are not, I understand. Now owned by Ian Anderson and also previously owned by Brian Fox, it is painted as a Bomb Disposal vehicle of the Royal Engineers, 50th Division, Tyne Tees. The engine is a10 HP 4 cylinder side valve of 1000cc.
